About You:

Bundlr is seeking a driven, creative, and meticulous junior designer who will create original graphic content that aligns with our brand vision. You ideally have the experience that equips you with storytelling and social media skills to effortlessly translate all of our content to speak to our audiences across social channels, blogs, video, and other public facing platforms. You will work directly with leadership to grow our presence, establish a loyal audience, and extend our reputation as the leading web3 data solution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Use Figma as the primary design system
  • Sketch, wireframe, and create high fidelity prototypes to design projects with the goal of crafting the products and interactions our users have with the Bundlr
  • Be an advocate for the user on every project ensuring we are solving the right problems in the right ways
  • Represent the design team brand and refine design concepts with key stakeholders.
  • Observe, understand, document, then improve our users’ experience through both online and offline interactions
  • Embody the user voice on all digital solutions concepts (from discovery through to design and implementation)
  • Create highly visual task flow, user journey and customer journey maps showing the end to end customer experience
  • Create and package deliverables
  • Review work with leadership and keep them updated on project status and escalate items appropriately
  • Create compelling 2D and 3D designs to be used in all content
  • Commit to improving processes and methods with an emphasis on both effectiveness and efficiency

Ideally what you’ll have:

  • 2+ years of proven talent designing digital products for consumers or businesses
  • You are able to use customer research and product data to inform your design decisions
  • You're experienced with modern design and collaboration tools like Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Xd)
  • You prefer a collaborative approach to designing solutions
  • You have a fundamental understanding of accessibility and the WCAG 2.0 guidelines
  • Ability to engage and compel a target audience in a way that is clear and relatable
  • Strong UX writing skills with an appreciation for information architecture, metadata, taxonomy, search, and navigation
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Demonstrated ability to make complex concepts and subjects clear and easy to understand
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in creating and maintaining content standards and guidelines across an organization
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to adapt voice and style to reflect our core message and principles
  • You’re a strategic thinker and an eager problem solver
  • Nice to have - located in Portugal or willing to relocate
