We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our Services Investment Program, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of technology investments. As the Investment Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company through effective program management, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.
The impact you will have:
Strategic Program Leadership:
- Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the Investment Program.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the program.
- Ensure effective allocation of investments to maximize return on investment.
- Regular reporting on consumption ROI delivered as part of effective use of investment $
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, to understand business needs and align program objectives.
- Active engagement with stakeholders and business leaders to ensure compliance, status, and program execution
- Solve for program blockers and bottlenecks. Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and drive a plan of action to resolve.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring investments approvals within budget
- Implement best practices for risk management and issue resolution.
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in program management or management consulting or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Program Management Manager in a technology-focused environment.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing investment portfolios.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and achieving business outcomes.
- Experience managing an investment or funding program or managing strategic investments a plus
