Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team. This individual will drive sales of our confidential AI platform to enterprise customers, particularly those with experience in High Tech, and Financial Services industries in the enterprise data, business intelligence, data science, and AI/ML spaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software or solutions sales, with the ability to build strong relationships, manage complex sales processes, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals, leveraging industry, partner, and Go-to-Market knowledge.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.


  1. Proven Experience: 10+ years of sales experience within enterprise software or solutions sales, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Demonstrable experience in complex sales strategies within enterprise data, business intelligence, data science, and/or AI/ML.
  3. Sales Expertise: Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes, such as account planning, MEDDPICC, and value selling.
  4. Client Management: Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships while maintaining healthy C-Level relationships.
  5. Revenue Generation: Experience hitting multi-million-dollar revenue targets on an annual basis.
  6. Solution Selling: Strong belief in a customer-centric selling philosophy and a consultative approach to customer interactions.
  7. Strategic Insight: Understanding of segment priorities, buying processes, and decision-making within the enterprise market.
